Biography :
Born in Fairfax – Eric has a profound connection to and familiarity with this area. He moved to Fauquier County after getting married in 1993 and has been here ever since. Eric has seen many changes throughout the years, but could not imagine living in a more beautiful area of Virginia.
After college, he began working in his family-owned waterproofing and drainage business that began in 1935. He worked in all areas of the business, ending with sales. After 65 years in business, they decided to sell the company. Once that chapter ended, his next began in construction.
In 2013 Eric and his wife began looking for a home in Warrenton. They looked at several homes online and one kept popping up, but it only had one photo. After looking at that single photo many times he drove by to look at the house - and fell in love. It was in need of some love and attention, but because of his background in construction, he knew it was a diamond in the rough. After going through home buying and the process of a renovation, Eric had found his passion.
Eric's knowledge of construction has allowed him to assist clients in both navigating the renovation process, as well as purchasing an existing home to maximize their investment. Extensive experience in sales and business operations has made him an expert communicator, and an asset throughout any transaction.
